My favourite desert in winter is Sticky Date Pudding with icecream. It is warming and sweet and makes me want more. It suits perfectly with a nice cup of hot chocolate or white hot chocolate.

The nature around my area comes to my front lawn and leaves behind it's blesings. They are cute and these particular ducks were just sitting near the front door as we walked past casually. It looks like the one with the lighter belly may be pregnant which means lots of cute little ducklings for spring.

My placemat has a picture of King Edward Park in Newcastle. Such a pretty place on a warm spring day and very fresh on a cold winters afternoon. Stunning all year round making it a common location for wedding shoots.

The common Australian and/or Western style meal with chicken, mashed potato/pumpkin, carrots and cauliflower. Heated up after work is not necessarily the nicest but it sure tastes better than the air that has brought my cold.

The journey between Sydney and Newcastle on one of the crappier trains. This was taken over the Hawkesbury river on the way home. Listening to Ayu at this time I almost fell asleep.

This annoying clock chimes every half hour and 12 times every 12 hours. If it had a bird I swear I would run over it with my car. This is one of the most annoying things in the world to date.
